Credit card payments can be made through Google Checkout or Paypal.
Google Checkout and Paypal are secure sites
Checks and Money Orders are acceptable as well. Orders are not shipped until the check has cleared.
Money Orders from outside the U.S. must be International Money Orders or they will not be cashable.
Once you have completed and submitted your the order form, we will email you back with a total and then
send you a Paypal or Google Checkout Invoice.
Please DO NOT include your credit card numbers on the order form. You must go through the Google or
Paypal invoice you will receive after the order form is submitted.
American Vintage Classics will not see or get any of your credit card information and we do not share any
of your mailing or order information with any third parties.
We usually ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays unless it's a rush order...if you need something
urgently we always try to accommodate. Just mention it on the order form.
Typically, U.S. Orders are sent out via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and we charge you as close
to the exact fee as possible, sometimes there is a variance of a few cents.
International orders are sent with USPS 1st Class mail unless over 4lbs - the US Mail require all parcels
over 4lbs. be shipped with Priority or Express Mail. Please be aware that 1st Class International Shipping
does not allow for tracking or insurance. If you want tracking and/or insurance, you have to use Priority,
which is noticeably more expensive.
Domestic customers have the option of first class - keep in mind that first class shipping does not allow
insurance or tracking.
Insurance is optional. If you want insurance, then you must specify so and we will charge you the exact
cost. If a package is confirmed (by the USPS) to have been shipped and you did not elect insurance then
the loss is yours.
Returns can be made within one week of receiving your order for full onsite credit only. There is no time
limit to use the credit - Please contact us before sending a return.
